The USWCF is run in accordance with the USWCF Bylaws, last revised in June 2009. You can always download the latest version of the bylaws on this page.

The club is governed by the following officers:
• Executive Coordinator
• Treasurer
• Webmaster
• Newsletter Editor
Together, the officers form the Executive Committee. Any club member is welcome to volunteer for office. Officers are appointed for one-year terms at the USWCF Annual Meeting.
